David Richard Schultz Jr, passed away Sunday February 19, 2023 at his home in Savannah, Ga after losing his battle with liver disease. He was 60.
David was born on September 4, 1962, in Sonoma California. He truly enjoyed fishing, the outdoors, and making campfires wherever he could; and some places he couldn’t. He adored his children and grandson. He never met a stranger and was a good friend to all. David was a carpenter with over 40 years of experience who took pride in making things with his hands. He was stubborn and had a knack for comedy.
He was preceded in death by his parents, David Richard Schultz Sr. and Julie Kathleen Perry Schultz; son, David Schultz; brothers, Darren Schultz, Daniel Schultz, and Jamie Schultz; brother in law Craig Truax.
He is survived by his daughter, Tabitha Shultz-McNair, grandson, Tristan Garcia; and sisters, Mary Jane, Char Truax; sons and daughter, Tony Wright, Nicole Wright, and Joshua Wright; numerous nieces and nephews; and cousins.
A Visitation will be held Sunday February 26, 2023 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Gamble Funeral Service.
