David William Barnhill Sr

David William Barnhill, Sr., 93, of Savannah, Georgia, husband of the late Janice "Jan" Alden Barnhill, died Wednesday morning, June 19, 2024 at Sunabella Senior Living in Savannah.

Born in Ludowici, Georgia to the late Claude Barnhill and the late Doshie Smith Barnhill. He is a US Navy veteran and retired as a supervisor, after many years, in the chemical industry.

Surviving are; two sons, David W. Barnhill, Jr. and his wife, Linda, of Heathrow, Florida, and Denny L. Barnhill of Savannah, Georgia; three grandchildren, Blake Barnhill, Rob Campbell, Charlotte Daughan.

The family will receive friends from 10 o'clock until 11 o'clock Monday morning at White Bluff Methodist Church – 11911 White Bluff Road, Savannah, Georgia 31419.

The funeral service will be held at 11 o’clock Monday morning in White Bluff Methodist Church conducted by The Reverend Nathan Godley and The Reverend Dr. Barry Giddens. Interment, with US Navy Honors, will be in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens.
