Daniel Keith Rogers (Monkey)

Daniel Keith Rogers, 65, of Savannah, Georgia, passed away on Sunday December 3, 2023.
Daniel was born in Savannah, Georgia to Herman and Johnnie Rogers on May 29, 1958. He went to high school at Savannah Christian Preparatory School and Herchel V Jenkins High School and graduated in 1977. He will be remembered most for his love of music, sports, and being a loving “Grumps” to his grandchildren.
Daniel is survived by his loving wife, Valerie Rogers; his sons, Jason Rogers, Justin Rogers (Nicole), John Rogers (Laura), Jordan Rogers, and Joshua Rogers (Audrey); his brother, Herman (DeDe) Rogers Jr. (Sheree); his sister, Debbie Hansen (Steve); as well as several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Herman and Johnnie Rogers.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Montgomery Athletic Association, 10155 Ferguson Avenue, on December 7, held from 5:30 until 9:00.
