Craig Darnell Phillips,

Craig Darnell Phillips, Sr., 59, of Savannah, Georgia, died Wednesday evening, August 12, 2020, at Memorial University Medical Center.



Born in Savannah, Georgia he was a son of Dicie Lee Kerby Phillips and the late Harry Ansley Phillips. Craig worked in construction as a roofer.



Survivors include his mother, Dicie Lee Kerby Phillips; sons, Craig 'Boo' Darnell Phillips, Jr. (Shannon), Russell 'Rusty' A. Phillips; stepsons, Chris Brown and Michael Byron and his wife and daughter; grandchildren, Haley Phillips and Bailey Phillips; a great-grandson, Logan Lee Sikes; sisters, Linda Bragg and Patricia Knight; brother, Richard 'Richie' Allen Phillips, and several nieces and nephews.



The family will receive friends from 10 until 12 o'clock Tuesday afternoon, August 18, 2020, at Gamble Funeral Service ' 410 Stephenson Avenue.



The funeral service will be held at 12 noon Tuesday, August 18, 2020, in the chapel of Gamble Funeral Service conducted by the Reverend Randall E. Jeffers. Interment will be in the Greenwich section of Bonaventure Cemetery.
