CPO Phillippe 'Phil' Armand Cournoyer, United States Navy (Ret.), 77, of Pickens, South Carolina and husband of Belinda Diane Harrison Cournoyer, died Sunday afternoon, September 8, 2019.
The funeral service, with full military honors, will be held at 3 o'clock Friday afternoon at the graveside, Greenwich section of Bonaventure Cemetery, conducted by the Reverend J. Gerard Schreck.
