Corine O. Hall

It is with profound sorrow that we announce our beloved mother, Corine O. Hall, passed away on April 19, 2025.Corine was born November 28, 1926, in Claxton, Georgia to Emma and Chester Outen.She was a graduate of Sylvania High School, Class of 1943. She retired from First Union Bank after 25 years of dedicated service as an Executive Secretary in The Trust Department.

Corine was member of White Bluff Methodist Church and served as a volunteer in the office for 29 years starting in 1990.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Oscar J. Hall; her parents; son, Dennis O. Hall; four sisters, Sadie Miller (Auley), Doris Rountree (Weyman), Audrey Thornton (Paul), Louise Outen; two brothers, Wilbur Outen (Margaret), C.W. Outen.

Corine is survived by her children, Oscar J. Hall, Jr., Dr. Michael A. Hall (Chris), Janice C. Hall.

Survivors include her Grandchildren; Elizabeth (Randall), Dennis O. Hall, Jr. (Meg), Josephine Cetti (Tom), Jennifer Hall Durden (Ryan), Robert Hall; Great Grandchildren; Logan Hall, Katherine Hall, Reed Cetti (Jessica), Garrett Cetti and Josephine Cetti, Wyatt Durden and Sara Durden, Ashlynn Hall; Great Great Grandchild; Spencer Cetti. Additional surviors include her nephews, Wayne Rountree (Penny), Ken Rountree; niece, Lou Ann Roehl (Bill); and special friend Carole Collins.

The family will receive friends from 1 o’clock until 2 o’clock in the afternoon, Saturday, April 26, 2025 at Gamble Funeral Service, 410 Stephenson Avenue, Savannah, Georgia. Funeral services will immediately follow at 2 o’clock in the afternoon in the funeral home chapel. Rev. John Haney officiating.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that remembrances be made to White Bluff Methodist Church, St. Jude Children's Hospital or a charity of you choice.
