Christopher Michael Roth

Christopher 'Rudy' Michael Roth, 54, a beloved husband, father, son, and brother, of Savannah, Georgia and husband of Patricia Tyson Roth, died Sunday afternoon, January 9, 2022, at St. Joseph's Hospital.



Born in Vicenza, Italy, he was a son of the late Captain Michael 'Mike' Eugene Roth, United Sates Army (Ret.) and the late Aurelia Karoline Ledinegg Roth. Rudy spent his early years living abroad in both Asia and Europe as an Army brat. Being part of a military family, they eventually settled in Savannah, GA where he graduated from BC-Benedictine Military School where he played soccer, one of his life-long passions. Rudy attended Armstrong State College and worked many years at the Home Depot. He was an avid sports fan and he also coached both soccer and basketball. Rudy was a prideful man who loved his family and friends and always looked out for others. He will be sadly missed. Godspeed. May he forever rest in peace.



Surviving are his wife of 26 years, Patricia Tyson Roth; one daughter, Victoria Alexis Roth; one son, Christopher Allen Roth, and one brother, Alexander Roth.



The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 o'clock Wednesday, January 12, 2022, at Gamble Funeral Service ' 410 Stephenson Avenue.



The funeral service will be held at 3 o'clock Thursday afternoon, January 13, 2022, at the graveside, Greenwich section of Bonaventure Cemetery, conducted by the Reverend Peter J. Hartman.
