Christopher 'Chris' Scott Melvin, 33, of Port Wentworth, Georgia, passed away Sunday afternoon, April 14, 2019, at Candler Hospital.
The family will be accepting friends at their home in Peachtree Corners on Friday, April 19, 2019 from 6:30 - 8:30 PM. The graveside service will be at Arlington Memorial Park, 201 Mt. Vernon Highway NW, Sandy Springs, Georgia 30328, on Monday, April 22 at 12:30 PM.
While flowers are welcome and can be sent to Arlington Memorial Park, the family would love for everyone to plant a tree in Chris' honor through the Arbor Day Foundation at https://shop.arborday.org/content.aspx?page=commemorative-sample-tim .
