Cheryl Denise Kicklighter Scholle, 55, of Richmond Hill, Georgia and wife of CW3 Craig Anthony Scholle, U. S. Army (Ret.), died Saturday afternoon, August 31, 2013, at Hospice Savannah.



Born in Savannah, Georgia, she was a daughter of the late Donnie Eugene Kicklighter, Sr. and the late Karen Williamson Kicklighter. She was a Christian and was a homemaker. Cheryl thoroughly enjoyed gardening and cooking, especially Sunday dinner for her family. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Kimberly Jo Kicklighter Herring.



Surviving are her husband of 21 years, CW3 Craig Anthony Scholle, U. S. Army (Ret.); three daughters, Emily, Katie and Hunter; one son, Christopher; one brother, Donnie E. Kicklighter, Jr., and his wife, Dawn, and seven nieces and nephews.



The family will receive friends from 6 until 7 Wednesday evening at Gamble Funeral Service - 410 Stephenson Avenue, Savannah.



The funeral service will be held at 7 o'clock Wednesday evening in the chapel of Gamble Funeral Service conducted by The Reverend Peter J. Hartmann. Interment will be private.
