Brigette Kathleen Ward, 61, of Savannah, Georgia, passed away peacefully Friday morning, November 8, 2019, at Hospice Savannah.
Born in Cleveland, Ohio, she was a daughter of the late Walter John Ward, Jr. and the late Jeanne Virginia Holm Ward. Brigette attended St. James Catholic Church. She earned her B.S.B.A. in Marketing from the University of Dayton where she was also President of Omega Sorority. Brigette had an extensive advertising sales career along the east coast which started and ended in Savannah.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a niece, Rachel Madonna Meese.
Surviving are two sisters, Ruth Charleen Ward Crawford and Jeanne Ward Fairweather and her husband, Richard; two brothers, Walter 'Bud' John Ward III and his wife, Patricia, and Timothy Holm Ward and his wife, Connie; four nephews, Walter J. Ward IV, Christopher Ward, Timothy Holm Ward, Jr. and Andrew Carr Ward, and two great-nieces, Maddie and Molly.
The Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 1 o'clock Monday afternoon at St. James Catholic Church conducted by the Reverend Joseph A. Smith. Interment will be in the Catholic Cemetery.
