Brian Harris Palefsky, 48, of Savannah, Georgia passed away Wednesday, February 7, 2018. Brian was a brilliant chef whose creativity was evident in the cuisine he created and inspired in some of Savannah's top restaurants. Brian will be most remembered for his kind and giving heart which he shared with both people and animals.
Brian is survived by his two daughters, Madden Palefsky and Emma Palefsky, his parents Linda (Marvin) Cranman and Elliot (Vivian) Palefsky, his brothers Eric Palefsky, Sheldon (Lainie) Palefsky, Michael (Haley) Cranman and Brian (Laura) Cranman, his step-siblings, Bianca (Steven) Hollander and Mathew (Rainey) DelNostro, and many nieces and nephews.
The family will hold a private memorial service.
Donations may be made to the Raymond and Morris Rosen Memorial Fund at the Jewish Educational Alliance ( www.savannahjea.org ), 5111 Abercorn Street, Savannah, Georgia 31405.
