Bernice Sadler Elman, 99, of Savannah, Georgia and widow of Lawrence Elman, died Thursday morning, May 12, 2016, at her home.
Born in Savannah, Georgia, she was a daughter of the late Abram Sadler and the late Eva Levy Sadler. Mrs. Elman was a member of Congregation Agudath Achim. She was a retired grocer.
Survivors include two daughters, Brenda E. Salter and her husband, Patrick, of Savannah, and Marsha E. Bernstein and her husband, Charles, of Atlanta; two grandsons, Lawrence Bernstein and his wife, Michelle, and Andrew Bernstein and his wife, Kim; four great-grandchildren; two nieces and three nephews.
The funeral service will be held at 11 o'clock Sunday morning at the graveside, Bonaventure Cemetery, conducted by Rabbi Moshe Silberschein.
