Angela Jean Smith Elliott, 41, of Millen, Georgia, died Tuesday afternoon, October 9, 2012, at St. Joseph's Hospital.??
Born in Olean, New York, she was a daughter of the late Larry and Shirley Smith. Angela was a former house mother for the Pineland's Group Home.?? She was a current employee at the Enmark station in Millen, Georgia and was currently working on her degree as a Medical Assistant at Ogeechee Technical College in Statesboro, Georgia. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Danielle J. Dieteman.
Surviving are her son, Paul J. Dieteman of Millen, Georgia; her daughter, Irene G. Dieteman of Millen, Georgia; her niece, Whitney Kayes of Millen, Georgia; two sisters, Krystal Morlock and her husband, Ron, of Millen, Georgia and Amanda Morrison of Kite, Georgia; her brother, Larry Smith of Kane, Pennsylvania and many other family members and friends.
A memorial service will be held at 2 o'clock Saturday afternoon, October 13, 2012 at the Millen United Methodist Church in Millen, Georgia.
