Alma Joyce Sconiers

Alma Joyce Todd Sconiers, born 1936, Lovingly known as JT and Memaw, age 87. Passed away on December 22, 2023 after a long battle with illness. Joyce was the daughter of Clark Howell and Alma Connell Todd. She lived most of her life in the Atlanta Area and the last nine years in Savannah GA. Joyce graduated from Roosevelt High in Atlanta Ga 1955.
She was preceded in death by her parents and two siblings, CH Todd and Belle Todd Tolbert.
She is survived by her sister, Edna Todd Nabors,(Euchel Nabors); son, Frank Howell Sconiers; daughter Patricia S. Seale(Carl); and three grandchildren, Brandon K. Howard(Laura), Stephen R. Seale, and Blake E. Seale; three great grandchildren, Cailan A. Howard, Julian A. Howard, Ephraim B. Howard as well as loving cousins and extended family.
Joyce retired from the Federal Government Health and Human Services Office of Inspector General after 30 yrs. of service. She was a strong mother and wonderful grandmother and loved her family. Her personality was precious. She loved to tell a joke and make others laugh. She will be greatly missed and forever in our hearts!!

A graveside service will be held Wednesday, December 27th at 2:30 at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens
