Jeffrey 'Jeff' Thomas Spampinato, 69, of Savannah, Georgia and husband of Connie Parrish Spampinato, died Thursday morning, October 27, 2022, at his home.
Born in Queens, New York, he was a son of the late Angelo Spampinato and the late Mary Egan Spampinato. Jeff was of the Catholic faith. He retired from Boeing in Seattle, Washington after 30 years as an aircraft technician and mechanic. Jeff loved his time with family and was also an avid Lionel train collector and fisherman. He enjoyed working in the yard and traveling, especially to visit his family and old home places in New York.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Lynn, and a grandchild, Matthew Angelo.
Survivors include his wife of 43 years, Connie Parrish Spampinato; three daughters, Carmen Carroll, Julie Spampinato and her husband, Chris Huffman, and Sophia Spampinato Moses and her husband, Brian; five granddaughters, Allison, Morgan, Jessica, Elizabeth and Rebecca; one grandson, Thomas; one great-granddaughter, Athena; one brother, Stephen Spampinato, and nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 10 until 11 o'clock Monday morning, October 31, 2022, at Gamble Funeral Service ' 410 Stephenson Avenue.
The funeral service will be held at 11 o'clock Monday morning, October 31, 2022, in the chapel of Gamble Funeral Service. Interment will be private.
